Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Little River Windows LLC ("Little River," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Little River provides residential and commercial window cleaning and exterior care services in New York's Hudson Valley, including interior and exterior window cleaning, screen cleaning, track and sill detailing, solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, hard water stain removal,. The specific scope of work is agreed upon at the time of scheduling and reflected in your estimate. We reserve the right to decline or modify any service request at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information you supply and, where applicable, an on-site or photographic assessment. Pricing depends on factors including window count, window type, accessibility, and condition. If conditions on the day of service differ materially from those described, we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, email, or through this website. We ask that cancellations and rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

5. Weather

Light rain does not affect the quality of a professional cleaning. If severe weather makes service unsafe or impractical, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.

6. Access to Property

Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property and to the areas being serviced on the scheduled date. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and clearing furniture, vehicles, or belongings that obstruct access to windows or work areas. If access is unavailable on arrival and no advance notice was given, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee. If an account is referred to collections, the Customer is responsible for all collection and related costs.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is the point of the work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 7 days of service completion and we will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns at no additional charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

Little River takes all reasonable precautions while performing services. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to windows, screens, frames, seals, or surrounding surfaces
• Damage caused by windows, frames, or screens that are improperly installed, aged, deteriorated, or structurally compromised
• Failure of window seals or insulated glass units, including fogging between panes, which cannot be corrected by cleaning
• Scratches or marks resulting from defective glass coatings or prior improper installation
• Incidental or consequential damages arising from our services

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Insurance

Little River maintains general liability insurance for our operations. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

11. Photography

We may photograph completed work for quality records and, occasionally, for marketing. Photographs will not identify your address or personal information. If you prefer that we not photograph your property, let us know and we will honor that request.

12. Text Message Communications

When you provide your mobile number and consent, we may contact you by text about your estimate, appointment confirmations, arrival notifications, service updates, and invoices. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Your number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and photographs, is the property of Little River Windows LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair its operation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York State.

15. Modifications

Little River reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
