Almost everything that makes a window look dirty from inside your house is on the outside of it. Rain spotting, pollen, road film, sprinkler minerals, pitch off overhanging trees, cobwebs tucked under every sill. The interior collects a light film over months. The exterior collects a season of Hudson Valley weather, and it shows.
It is also the simplest thing to book, because you do not have to be there. We need access around the house and an outdoor spigot, and that is it. A lot of customers start here, see the difference, and add the inside on the next visit.

How we do it
Walk the property
Before we begin, we inspect the windows, screens, and surrounding areas for anything that needs extra attention. We’ll also note cracked glass, failed seals, or existing damage so there are no surprises.
Clear the surrounds
Cobwebs, loose debris, and buildup around the window are cleared before we clean the glass. It’s a small detail, but it helps deliver a cleaner, more complete finished result.
Professionally clean the glass
Each window is thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned using professional window-cleaning equipment and the method best suited for the glass. We focus on the edges, corners, and details that make the finished window stand out.
Final quality check
Once the exterior window cleaning is complete, we inspect the glass from different angles in natural light. If we spot a streak, drip, or something we missed, we take care of it before packing up.

You Do Not Need to Be Home
Exterior work needs access around the house and an outdoor tap. Most of our exterior-only customers are at work while we are there and come home to it done.
Exterior-Only Has a Ceiling
If the inside of the glass is dirty, the window will still not look clean, and that is worth knowing before you book. We will tell you honestly whether exterior-only will get you what you are picturing.
Hard Water Is a Different Job
Sprinkler spotting and mineral scale will not come off in a standard exterior wash, because they are bonded to the glass rather than sitting on it. That is restoration work and it is quoted separately.
Rain Is Not the Enemy
Clean glass does not spot in light rain, so we usually work through it. What we do not work in is wind, ice, or anything that makes a ladder a bad idea.
